Normally there are three devices are in one set.
Find the main one which is normally located near BT router or counter.
Check the light in the middle of the device.
It should be white (light blue) light
If no light, check the power connection underneath.
Even though the power cable looks connected, try to push futher.
If the light is still off, power socket needs to checked.
Check if other devices connected to the same power socket are also on. If not replace the power socket.
If other devices connected to the same power socket is working, unplug google wifi power plug and plug into different power socket.
Check if the light is flashing in red
If the light is flashing in red (pink), make sure the ethernet (internet or network) cable connected between Google WIFI and BT router
The cable should be connected to green port on the bottom of the Google WIFI
The follow the line and find the other end of BT router. It should be connected one of the yellow port on the back of BT hub. Make sure that the cable is not connected to the last yellow port (WAN).
Once connection with BT hub is checked,Â
Open "Chrome" app from the POS tablet (must be connected to POS WiFi)
type "192.168.1.254" in the address field and press go.
BT hub manager should be accessed like image below.
If you can open this page, it meas that Google WIFI is well connected to BT Hub.
Now check Status of the BT hub.
If it says other than Connected, you do either
Wait until reconnected
