Printer IP Check

1.Check for Star Printer

Please refer to the video at the link below.

2.Check for EPSON Printer

Ensure the LAN cable is securely connected to the back of the printer and linked to your router or POS network hub.
Turn OFF the printer power switch.
Wait 5 seconds, then turn the printer back ON.
Once booted, the printer will automatically detect the network and then print a Status Sheet showing your current IP Address.

3.Check for Sunmi Printer

Please refer to the following instructions.

Press the test button twice!

Press the black button to the right of the LAN port on the back of the printer twice.

After waiting a few seconds, you will hear a notification sound for the printer IP check, followed by a printed IP status report.

4.Check the printed result.

If the IP address is correctly identified as shown in the photo above, the printer network connection is working properly.

If the IP address shows 0.0.0.0 as in the photo above, the network connection with the printer is lost.
