Sometimes mistakes are made on entering payment.
Cash payment is entered although customer paid by card.
If it is today's record, you can do a long click on the table.
It will show today's records.
Select one and open.
Or click the three line icon on top middle and select "Search Sales Reference Number"
Enter the 12 digit reference number show on top right of the receipt (shown in the image below)
Camera will start.
Scan the QR code on bottom of the receipt.
If you use the QR code for your website, this will not work.
Once the record is open, make sure that the record is not locked.
If a lock icon is on screen, you need to unlock the record first.
click payment icon next to the lock button (You need to log in as admin user (boss)
Click "Unlock"
Make sure the lock icon is not visible any more.
Click the payment icon
Click "Clear" button.
It will ask for a confirmation to delete payment history of this table.
Click "YES"
Then payment list will be empty.
Now you can add payment correctly as normal.
Print bill if necessary.
Click "Finalise"
