When Printer is not working
Check Tablet is connected to the correct WiFi network.
Go to first page where users are shown to login
Then click exit icon on top right
Restart Borium POS Application
Then check if a button called "REMOTE" is visible.
If the "REMOTE" button is visible, it means that this table is not connected to correct WIFI.
If so, connect to correct WIFI and restart POS application.
Check Printer Log to share
Click three line button on top middle.
Then select "Printer Status"
A text box will appear in the bottom of the screen.
Now try to print order or bill, then take photo of this text box and send to us.
Restart Printer
Power off and wait until blue led light is completely off
Hold down feed button (placed next blue light on front of printer) and power on.
Wait until configuration is printed and release feed button.
On second paper, check IP address (third line from bottom) if it is not 0.0.0.0
If IP address 0.0.0.0, it means printer is not connected to network.
Kill Pos app and restart
If printer is still not working, follow below steps.
Power off all printers
Power off all POS tablets.
Power off router.
Wait for 30 seconds
Power on router
Wait until POS WIFI is available
Power on printers holding down feed button, release feed button when configuration is printed, and check IP address on second papers.
Power on tablets, start POS application and check if printers are working.
