Web Order
Important: web order should be enabled only on one tablet. Enabling on multiple tablets will cause duplicate orders.
From POS Application, go to settings
Find "Enable accept Web Order" on right side and tick
Log out and log in.
Additional UI buttons should be visible if enabled like image below
Toggles to accept takeaway order or not.Â
Disabling (gray colour) will show "Cannot accept" message on user side during opening hours.
Pink means enabled
Number of pending web orders will show if there are any.
Clicking on this button will populate current web orders.
Gray means that orders can be accepted manually. When new order arrives, the list of current orders will show.
Pink means that all orders will be accepted automatically.
