Service Charge change since 1st Oct 2024

If you want to disable the service charge, follow below guide

Disable Service Charge

Start POS application from your tablet.

Log in as manager or admin

Click Setting

On Setting page, Expand Operation settings section by clicking "show"

Change the rate of service charge to 0%

Uncheck "Apply as default"

Uncheck "Taxable"

Click "SAVE" button on top right corner

Go back to previous (main) page

Click "SYNC"

The service charge should be now disabled.

Go to other tablets if you have more. Log out and log back in. Or you can simply restart application.

Change Menu Price

Change from POS application

Go to Setting

Go to Menu Manager

Change from Dashboard Web

Open a browser (Chrome, Safari or Edge)

Go to https://dashboard.boriumstudio.com

Login with the credential you use on dashboard application.

Click 3 line icon on top 

Select POS MENUS

Click a category

Click a menu to change the price.

Change price

Click "SAVE"

After all menus changed, 

Go to POS application and click "SYNC" button to apply the changes
