Takeaway Order Time Delay: Default time for collection from time of now.
eg. Set to 30 mins and current time is 17:25 => The earliest time user can choose to collect will be 17:55
2.Time Slot Interval
"This setting defines the available time slots for customers to choose from during a web order."
Function: It organizes the pickup times into set intervals,
providing customers with a specific list of options rather than allowing random time entries.
Example: If set to 10 mins, the selection list will show times like 17:55, 18:05, 18:15...,
ensuring customers select a time that fits your operational schedule.
3. Last Order: The last time use can submit order
eg. Set to 30 min and closing time is 22:00 => Last order time will 19:30
After change setting, Save button must be clicked in order to save the changes.
How it appears on the customer's device:
The screenshot below demonstrates how your 'Order Time Delay' and 'Time Slot Interval' settings are reflected on the actual customer screen
1.Earliest Available Time: The first option in the list (e.g., 15:12) is the earliest possible pickup time, calculated automatically by adding your set 'Delay' to the current order time.
2.15-Minute Intervals: You can see that all subsequent pickup options are organized in 15-minute increments (15:11, 15:26, 15:41...), following your 'Time Slot Interval' rule.
.
Operational Control: This ensures customers can only select times that align with your kitchen's preparation flow, preventing any random or unmanageable pickup requests.
