When you see the failure of POS Login, follow this page to solve.
Close the error popup by clicking any where out side the popup.
Exit the POS application by clicking the exit button on top right
Go to tablet's home screen.
Scroll from near top edge area and scroll down.
Quick setting will slide in
On the top of quick setting, there is wifi icon.
Ensure the wifi is enabled (should be in blue). If not, enable it by clicking it.
Long click on the wifi icon
Make sure that the current network is set to correct WIFI.
If wrong WIFI is connected, change to correct WIFI.
Then long click on the wrong WIFI and click "Forget network" to delete. (This will prevent automatic connection to wrong network)
Now start Borium POS Application again.
If issue still occurs, we can reset the server computer.
Find the server computer,
Unplug the power cable.
Plug back the power cable in.
Wait for 30 seconds.
Exit Borium POS application and start again.
After reboot by reconnecting power cable, check two LEDs on network port.
Yellow LED should be constantly on
Green LED should be on but will flash irregularly.
