Waiting List

Sequencially numbered waiting ticket can be printed

Go to Setting and find "Enable Waiting Number Print" and check.

Log out and in again.

Waiting button will be on bottom right corner

Recommendation

2 prints is default setting

Give one copy to customer and keep the other one.

When you call customer, collect the ticket and dispose both tickets.
