How to sell gift card

Click three line icon on top of the page

Scroll down the option list and select "Gift Card"

Click "Add New"

Enter Gift Card Title (optional)

Select Payment Type

Enter amount on number pad.
Click "Done"

If you select Dojo or Teya integration, the payment will be processed on card terminal.

After payment, Gift Card Completion view will show.

Gift card will be printed automatically.

On gift card completion view,

Click email to send gift card to an email.

Click Print to print the gift card again

Customer can scan the QR code to go to the gift card page.

Enter email address to register

Once registered, the page will now show options to add to wallet or share

Once gift card is redeemed, sending to a friend would not be allowed.

How to use Gift Card

On payment view, click yellow "Gfit card" button. This button name can be different depending on configuration.

Select "Scan Gift Card"

If this is first time to use camera, it will ask permission. Allow the camera and click "Scan Gift Card" again.

It will ask to use front camera or back camera if the camera to scan gift card has not been used.

Select a camera.

It will start camera to scan.

Scan the gift card QR code of customer.

When successfully scanned, it will show a popup with balance.

Click "Use"

Enter the amount to use on number pad

Transaction will appear.

Customer will receive notification email and balance will be adjusted on google / apple wallet

Receipt will show gift card payment
