Button 1: Web Order Status (On/Off)
This button allows you to enable or disable the restaurant's ability to receive online orders based on your current operational status.
Red (Active): Web ordering is enabled. Customers can browse the menu and place orders online.
Grey (Inactive): Web ordering is disabled. Customers will not be able to place orders through the website.
Button 2: Order Acceptance Mode (Auto/Manual)
This button determines how the restaurant processes incoming web orders—whether you want to review each order individually or accept them all automatically.
Red (Auto-Accept): Automatic mode is active. All incoming web orders are automatically accepted without manual intervention.
Grey (Manual-Accept): Manual mode is active. The staff must manually review and either accept or reject each order as it arrives.
Button 3: Menu Availability Management
When web ordering is active (Button 1 is Red), this button allows you to manage the availability of individual menu items in real-time based on the restaurant's current stock or kitchen situation.
Function: You can select specific menu items to update their current service status.
Use Case: Use this to mark items as "Sold Out" or "Currently Unavailable" to prevent customers from ordering items that are out of stock.
Button 4: Global Web Order Delay Management
It allows you to manually set and adjust the estimated delay time for all incoming web orders. This is particularly useful during peak hours or when the kitchen is overwhelmed.
Function: By adjusting the delay time, you can provide customers with a realistic expectation of when their order will be ready for pickup or service.
Key Benefit: When orders flood in simultaneously, using this feature prevents customer dissatisfaction by aligning their expectations with the actual kitchen capacity in real-time.
Real-time Update: Once set, the adjusted time is reflected on the customer’s ordering interface, ensuring they are aware of the current wait time before they complete their purchase.
By tapping Button 3 (Quick Menus), you will enter a detailed management screen where you can adjust the following:
Sold Out Status: Instantly mark specific items as "Sold Out" to prevent further orders.
Delay Time: Set a specific delay or preparation time for an item if the kitchen is busy.
Dine-in Availability: Enable or disable the option for customers to order this specific menu item for in-restaurant dining.
Takeaway Availability: Enable or disable the option for customers to order this specific menu item for pickup/takeaway.
Option Management: Modify or restrict specific options (add-ons, sides, etc.) for each menu item.
