Top Panel & Control Functions
1. Section & Station Selector
Tailor your KDS view to match specific kitchen stations. You can configure each screen to display only relevant items—for example, hiding Bar orders from the Kitchen screen, or separating Starters, Mains, and Desserts into their respective sections. This ensures each chef sees only the orders they need to prepare.
2. Live Order Summary
A minimalist summary that provides a real-time snapshot of your workload. It displays the total number of active orders and items, including a specific breakdown of Starters and Mains currently in progress.
3. Category Quick-Filters
Use these buttons to instantly filter the displayed dockets by category. By selecting a specific button, you can isolate and view only the items belonging to that group for a more organised workflow.
Toggles the visibility of completed items within each individual ticket. When a chef finishes a specific dish or course, that item is cleared from the ticket to keep the screen tidy. Pressing this button reveals those completed, hidden items again within the ticket—it does not recall an entirely cleared order.
5. System & Display Settings
Access the configuration menu to customise your KDS experience. This includes adjusting font sizes, sound alerts, and other operational preferences to suit your kitchen environment.
